Playing the files
If you have never played .mkv files before you will probably need a new player /or new codecs the easiest way to play them is with VLC Media Player
Once you have installed VLC you can just double click the files to open them.
Most files on #dbz-the-next-level will have more than one audio track you can select which audio tract by click Audio then Audio Track then just select the tract you want in this case there are 2 English audio tracts with with the original music and one with the music from the first English copies of dbz as well as a Japanese audio track.

If you want to display the subtitles you can click Video then Subtitles Track and select English

If you want to play the files in a player like media player or zoom player or convert them to DVD with software like VSO ConvertX to DVD you will need a couple of codecs first you need an .mkv splitter as well as h264 and vorbis decoders you can get download ffdshow to take care of both of these in one go. once both are installed you should be able to play the files in most players and video encoders
